Shelley Horkings - Osteopath
Shelley completed training as a myotherapist at RMIT University, and then went on to achieve a double degree in osteopathic medicine. She has 15 years experience in private practice and 5 years experience lecturing at RMIT University in her chosen profession.
She enjoys the challenge of working with people in chronic pain/complex health concerns, and has a special interest working with newborns and children. She regularly runs baby massage classes at the local maternal and child health centres.
Her keen interest in education and health has lead her to develop workshop programs in health and wellbeing. On a personal level she has undertaken study in aromatherapy, meditation and energetic medicine/healing.
Georgia Lagoudakis - Massage Therapist
Georgia is a massage therapist with extensive experience in relaxation, therapeutic, sports, deep tissue and pregnancy massage, and also uses cupping and aromatherapy to complement and enhance treatment outcomes.
Georgia has been working as a massage therapist since 2002. She has treated a wide variety of people from a broad range of backgrounds: professionals, corporate companies, self employed, mothers, people on holidays and many more. Rebecca Pattinson - Naturopath
Rebecca is a qualified naturopath having graduated a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) from Endeavour College of Natural Health. As a stepping stone to naturopathy Rebecca completed a Bachelor of Science (Nutrition) from University of Wollongong providing a sound grounding in physiology and scientific nutritional treatment. Rebecca is also a registered naturopathic practitioner with Australian Natural Therapists Association.
Rebecca understands that you are an individual; you have your own goals, dreams and aspirations for your life, health and wellbeing. Gail is an experienced registered psychologist specialising in cognitive therapies for individuals coping with a range of mental health issues and life stressors, including anxiety, trauma, OCD, depression, relationship issues and work stressors. She works with each individual to identify barriers and sources of distress or dissatisfaction in their life.
